Cancellation Policy: No refund will be issued for any reason.

Nightly Rates are dynamic and vary seasonally & based on events, but tend to range from $325-$800/night. Weekly Rates are approximately $2k, but may vary seasonally. Monthly Rates vary from $6k-$8k depending on season & total length of stay. Monthly rates include all utilities & cleaning every two weeks. Payments are non-refundable & travel insurance is recommended. In the rare event of a cancellation initiated by guest, owner may use discretion to refund taxes & any fees eligible depending on timing of cancellation. Owner will open cancelled dates on booking calendar and if dates are re-rented then a partial credit may be issued based on amount of replacement rental minus 10% of original reservation payment to cover non-refundable credit card fees & bookkeeping expenses. Hayden House is an individual home & cancellations can have a significant impact. We highly recommend guests purchase optional travel insurance due to cancellation policy. Our reservation software may offer a 3rd party policy for purchase upon check-out if available.
